Am I the only one that rather leave a message and the person call me back, but I hate when someone leaves me a message?
I hate when my phone dings to let me know that I have a v.mail....hate it....I cringe and I think I have a small panic attack. NOT COOL. I rather call the person back and see what they wanted than listen to that message.
My mom is notorious for leaving "mean" messages, it is like she is mad because I didn't answer. She claims she doesn't leave "mean" messages, but I tell you they are mean...tone counts as mean!
Way back when I still had a land line I purposely DID NOT have an answering machine...until one year for my birthday my mom bought me a new phone with a fancy answering machine on it. Great.
I like the time before you set up your v.mail on your cellophone because...HA..."this person has not set up v.mail" take that person that was gonna leave a not nice message!!! Thank goodness for visual v.mail because I can delete if I suspect that it is going to be one of those not nice messages without even having to listen to it. Right now I have 3 from one person that I know are NOT nice but I am a little curious...but I don't know if I am brave enough to listen.
